Challenge Criteria
Medievalcore is an immersion into the lively side of the Medieval era, a world before industrialization (not the idealized fantasy version of it). It includes (but is not limited to) these motifs and themes:
- Manuscript pages, marginalia, scriptoriums, beastiaries, wax seals
- Castle interiors, tapestries, great halls, arrow-slit windows, courtyards
- Hand-riveted chainmail, platemail, swords, heraldry, smithy, tournaments
- Markets, in-progress crafts, thatch-roof villages, communal cooking
- Symbolism: heraldic beasts, fleur-de-lis, candles, chalices, crowns, etc
Images breaking NightCafe community standards will be rejected.
All models and uploads are welcome. Just keep it on-theme and PG-13!
