Gorgeous. To get closer to the text of your prompt, I recommend dialing back the weight of the LoRA to 0.3 and adjusting the weight for desired effect based on that output. 

You probably already know, but for most SD 1.5 models, the weight of the prompt should not be much more than 55% just to control the noise. Blue will push harder towards an anime flavor the greater the overall prompt weight is: Kandinsky Blue is just a flavor of Blue itself and Blue takes over as you reduce the weight of the LoRA and will  overwhelm the output at higher overall prompt weights
