@Celestials Thankyou for your tip and lovely comment. To be honest, I created this image such a long time ago, I can’t say for sure how I got the wispy shoulder straps on the dress. I’m sorry I’m not much help.
This mixes rather well with my Tile-sunshine Flux. I was thinking of a doing a challenge mixing the 2, with your blessing of course.
