What are Fast Credits?

Fast Credits are the credits included with your PRO subscription each month. They can be used on any model at full speed ā€” no waiting. The number of Fast Credits you receive depends on your plan. Unused Fast Credits roll over month to month and do not expire. Some models can only be used with Fast Credits.

What are Relax Credits?

Relax Credits are earned for free through daily activity ā€” logging in, entering the daily challenge, earning badges, and your 5-day streak reward (10 credits every 5 days). Relax Credits work just like Fast Credits but are generated at a lower priority when servers are less busy. In practice this usually means a wait of a few seconds to a minute. Some models can only be used with Fast Credits.

How do Unlimited Models work?

Certain PRO plans include unlimited base generations on a curated set of AI models ā€” no credits deducted per creation. Unlimited access applies to base generations only (no start image, no ControlNet or other settings that increase the credit cost). Your first X credits-worth of unlimited generations each month run in fast mode (same speed as Fast Credits). After that, unlimited generations continue in relax mode ā€” still free, just at a lower priority. Higher-tier plans unlock more powerful models and a larger fast-mode quota.

Which models are included in Unlimited?

The set of unlimited models depends on your plan tier. Lower plans include fast, lightweight models (e.g. Flux 2 Klein, Z-Image Turbo). Higher plans add more capable models like HiDream, Flux Dev, Qwen Image, and on the top tier, Nano Banana, Seedream 4, and Flux 2. You can see exactly which models are included on each plan card above.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time and you'll still keep your PRO benefits for 1 month after the latest payment. You can also delay your next payment, or pause your subscription. All this can be done from the Manage my subscription page under ā€œAccount Settingsā€.

Do fast credits expire?

Fast credits do not expire. Any unused fast credits will roll over into the next month. Even if you cancel your PRO membership, you'll still have access to all the fast credits you received while you were subscribed (though you will only be able to use them on non-PRO models).

Is the checkout secure?

Yes. Payment is handled through the Paddle checkout. Paddle is a Merchant of Record that is fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). When you make a purchase, you are actually paying Paddle through their secure, compliant checkout. Paddle then pays us after handling taxes and compliance.

Do you keep my card details?

No. Payments are handled by Paddle who are a PCI compliant Merchant of Record, which means that even Paddle don't see or store your card details. NightCafe does not have any access to your card details apart from the last 4 digits of your card number.

Can I get a refund?

It depends on the product you purchased, how much you used it, and the reasons for wanting a refund. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Is there a one-off payment option, or do I need to subscribe?

If you don't want to subscribe, you can instead buy a credit pack. However, you should know that credit packs only give you PRO status for a limited time. NightCafe PRO subscriptions can be paused, delayed or cancelled at any time, so in almost all cases we suggest choosing NightCafe PRO over credit packs.

Can I get more credits without paying?

Yes, every day you'll be able to claim the 5 credit streak reward. You can also get credits by earning badges. To see what badges are available to you, go to the Master NightCafe page (you'll need to be logged in).

What happens if I run out of credits?

PRO subscribers can top up their credits at any time at a low cost-per-credit (exact cost-per-credit is based on your PRO plan). PRO topups are a flexible way for PRO users to manage their credits. Simply choose the amount you want, anytime that suits you.

Will I still get the daily streak reward?

Yes. Everyone is eligible for the daily streak reward, regardless of your current credit balance or whether you've purchased credits or subscribed to NightCafe PRO.

My credits went to the wrong account!

Your credits will go to whatever account you're logged in to when you purchase them. If this is the wrong account for some reason, contact us and we'll transfer them for you.

How many artworks can I create per day for free?

You can create unlimited base Stable Diffusion creations for free. Other algorithms and more powerful settings are also available but cost credits to generate. Every NightCafe user gets 5 free credits each day that you login or use the app. You can also earn another 3 credits every day for entering and voting in the daily challenge.

What if my creation fails / is marked as "error"?

We know not all creations are successful. If your creation fails, your credits will be automatically refunded and you can try again.
