Can I cancel my subscription?
Is the checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is handled through the Paddle checkout. Paddle is a Merchant of Record that is fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). When you make a purchase, you are actually paying Paddle through their secure, compliant checkout. Paddle then pays us after handling taxes and compliance.
Do you keep my card details?
No. Payments are handled by Paddle who are a PCI compliant Merchant of Record, which means that even Paddle don't see or store your card details. NightCafe does not have any access to your card details apart from the last 4 digits of your card number.
Can I get a refund?
Is there a one-off payment option, or do I need to subscribe?
Can I get more credits without paying?
Will I still get the daily topup?
Yes. Everyone is eligible for the daily topup, regardless of your current credit balance or whether you've purchased credits or subscribed to NightCafe PRO.
My credits went to the wrong account!
Your credits will go to whatever account you're logged in to when you purchase them. If this is the wrong account for some reason, contact us and we'll transfer them for you.
How many artworks can I create per day for free?
You can create unlimited base Stable Diffusion creations for free. Other algorithms and more powerful settings are also available but cost credits to generate. Every NightCafe user gets 5 free credits each day that you login or use the app. You can also earn another 2 credits every day for voting in the daily challenge.
What if my creation fails / is marked as "error"?
We know not all creations are successful. If your creation fails, your credits will be automatically refunded and you can try again.
Why does it cost money?
NightCafe used to offer unlimited creations for free, but the model quickly proved unsustainable as we grew. It takes a lot of computing power to process a creation, and that costs us money. However, as algorithms become more optimised, and compute power becomes cheaper, the cost of NightCafe credits has and will continue to go down.
Credit Packs
Buy credits with no ongoing commitments. Credit packs don't include access to PRO-only models or other PRO perks, and you'll still see ads.
*NightCafe PRO is a subscription product. By subscribing to NightCafe PRO you agree to be debited on an ongoing basis, and to be bound by the NightCafe Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
