Despite having a baby on it, (the kitten,) The Sun is not a pregnancy card. 

The Sun means: Ultimate freedom to be one's raw n@ked self. Not always a good thing.

If The Sun sits at the center of the layout, it could be interpreted as: "Tone it down! Think before you speak! Your raw self is making others around you uncomfortable!"

More often though, The Sun in a reading means that who I'm reading for needs to break free from what stifles them. This could be a controlling friendship, a job that overworks them, an abusive relationship, or that it's time to leave home to make a life of their own.

In short, The Sun usually means a some kind of relationship is about to 'set you free.' It all depends on what cards sit next to this one.

The four figures normally depicted on the corner clouds are typically thought of as symbolizing the four Christian Evangelists. What these four figures *actually* symbolize are the Four Winds of Fortune from Greek Mythology, who each govern one of the four seasons. I figured I'd return them to their proper symbolism, but this is a Cat tarot, so cat symbols.  

The Wheel at the center is a ship's Steering Wheel, and the center symbol has always been the Viking Wheel of the Year. The Vikings being sailors whose Fortunes or Doom were ruled by the changing Winds.

Anyway... Interpretation of this card is pretty obvious. Upright, fortune is with you. 

In Reverse, Fortune is not. Better not make any risky investments at this time.

The Emperor symbolizes masculine pride. In short: The Hero Complex.

When you see the Emperor show up in a reading, you're dealing with someone who is coldly logical, prideful, and motive-driven to accomplish their goals. Preferably heroic goals.

When the Emperor is in Reverse, the masculine pride is still there, but with no accomplishments to back it up. After all, why should they work when they can get someone else to do it for them then claim the credit? 

Do not be fooled! This card can signify a Female as easily as a Male. Women get Hero-complexes too! To identify who this represents in your reading, you need to look at the Traits, not the Gender. The Emperor may even be yourself!

The High Priestess symbolizes the feminine mysteries. Specifically the mysteries about 'that time of the month' and where babies come from. Note the 'Heavenly Pillars' in the background. (Snerk!) 

Anyway! When the High Priestess shows up in a reading, somebody 'female' isn't telling you something, especially if the reading is for a male. Don't worry, it's not that serious. After all, 'certain' feminine mysteries really need to stay mysterious. Trust Me, you Don't want to know. 

When the High Priestess is in Reverse, you have the opposite problem: Over-Sharing things that really shouldn't be shared. If you see this card ladies, Zip the Lip. You're talking about things No One needs to know or wants to know! 

Okay, so why does my High Priestess have a sword? It's a warning. When a certain time of the month comes along, we ladies get so irritable that if you push us past a certain point, we can get the sudden craving to see someone else's blood for a change. M'kay?

The Magician, card 1, but not the first card. The Magician has learned his lesson about Foolishness, and is ready to work hard. He has seen what normally cannot be seen, and seen what cannot be Un-seen.  He is Very Serious Indeed! 

The Magician card means just that: Hard Work, focus, concentration, and perfecting one's craft. 

In Reverse, the Magician becomes an egotistical overachiever in danger of working themself to death. When this card pops up in Reverse it's time to Take a Break, before you hurt yourself.

This card represents: Completion, Achievement, and Congratulations. You've finished, and did a good job. The audience is pleased with your performance. Go You! 

In Reverse, this card means: You're Not Done Yet, and/or, I know you can do better than That!  It Will pay off if you put in the time and effort!

The center cat is supposed to be the African Black-Footed Cat. Somehow, the cat acquire leopard markings. I dunno how, but... It looks good, so... I'll Take It! 

Anyway the World card called for 'The Four Guardians' at the corners of the card representing the four seasons, but-- Which Guardians?! Cats being a global phenomena, I needed Global guardians. Global Cat Guardians preferably. Google to the rescue! Certain big cats were associated with certain specific seasons, so that's what I used. Thanks Google! 

Lion is summer, Tiger is autumn, Snow Leopard is winter, and the American Cougar is spring.

Judgement in the Tarot is the ultimate wake-up call.

Specifically, this Judgement call is for Reviving the Dead: forgotten agendas, relationships you've given up on, dreams you thought you'd never achieve, old projects that have simmered in the back of your brain for years. It's time to dust those old things off, and give them one more try!

If you get this card in Reverse, it means: "Not Yet, but Not Never either. Wait for it!" 

Interesting fact: In ancient Peru, the Jaguar represents Resurrection and Reincarnation, and the Conch shell is the trumpet the ancient Peruvians used! Also, the jaguar is associated with Eagles. So no downy soft swan wings for my trumpeter of doom. Golden eagle for him! 

Despite the somewhat radical (pagan) changes, the symbolism in this card remains exactly the same -- without breaking the Cat theme. 

Much more exciting than some crusty old boring angel.
