The Thanatos are three evil beings (of my creation) that cause death and destruction. They are immortal. (They can be killed, but it's nearly impossible, they simply cannot die from age) Not many have seen them, or at least lived to tell the tale. They are each extremely powerful individually, and unfortunately for everyone else, they usually work together. If you see one, or worse all of them, well... you're probably going to die.
