Shiro is the spirit of good, enemy to Kuro, the spirit of bad.
The Lone Wolf is a wolf that travels around,  helping out any wolves that are in need of it.
The Galaxy Wolf is a spirit of the sky, coming out once every 5 years and blessing a single wolf pup.
The Element Twins are 2 wolves that are fire and water, they decide wolves fates when they are sent to the spirit realm, Mizu being Heaven's ruler and Hi being Hell's ruler, though they get along quite well.
Kodai is the ruler of the sands, keeping the wolves that inhabit the sand kingdom.
Kokuyoseki is the offspring of past Kuro & Shiro.
