Dreamshaper XL Lightning
It took about 15 attempts (including other images, aspect ratios, and selective edits) to get a paintbrush in her mouth that was close to what I wanted. To get it to work, I had to selectively edit a cigarette into her mouth and then change that cigarette into a paintbrush. You can see how I did this by clicking on the other images of the selective edits.
