Didn’t they actually do a whole programme about this? I’m sure my dad used to go on about it. Wasn’t it some time back in the 1960s? Excellent image anyway!
At one time, BBC used to include a photo and small write-up on April 1. And each year, no matter how unlikely they were, there'd still be plenty of people, reading the morning news, who believed it, forgetting it was April Fool's Day! 😳
This was the idea but a better photo that explained how early in spring, Italians would harvest fresh spaghetti from trees. Yep, people fell for it. No wonder it was called April FOOL'S Day. 🤣🤣🤣
