Veles, god of the Slavs

Veles, the Earthshaper, wandered through the ancient forest. His sharp eyes gleamed with ancient wisdom, framed by long gray hair and twisted, ram-like horns. Dressed in a tattered robe interwoven with bear fur, he carried a glowing oak staff, etched with ancient runes. The earth trembled beneath his feet, responding to the power of the cunning and protective god who held dominion over nature and the underworld.
