The loud cars zooming by terrified her as she crawled her way to safety. Suddenly, a canvas bag with some wet food appeared before her. Is it for her? She staggered her way close as a human hand nudged her inside. Moments later, she was inside of a cool house with food and water a plenty. Her matted fur, torn off in patches, was wiped clean by another human. She'd been placed into her furrever home.
