Hospital waiting rooms are never empty.  i have had too much experience with them.

Sorry to hear that.  I started taking photographs of hospital waiting rooms quite a while ago, and I can vouch for the fact that they are often empty (except for me).  They look very much like this much of the time. Ditto doctor and dentist office waiting rooms, except those are usually shabbier than hospitals.  I don't know how the AI knows how hospital wating rooms look, but this is pretty realistic.
