Oh dear, what noble sorrow and rain-drenched drama. I liked the heartfelt bond between muddy boy and mop-like dog—very Dickensian, very woe-is-me. But the setting? Could use more glamour and significantly fewer wet bricks. Next time, maybe a throne room? Or at least dry paws?
