DALL-E3 on NightCafe fails to create a good image - AGAIN

Compare to these 4 images created by DALL-E3 on Bing:
I created 12 similar images on Bing. There were no "bad" Bing images.
What's the solution?
This has happened to me on NightCafe's DALL-E3 multiple times - 3 times just today - where it is failing to produce a decent image - regardless of whether I turn on or off the prompt revision. Very frustrating.
