This building, the St Charles Hotel, is no longer standing, unfortunately.  It was the second structure, built to replace the building that burned in a fire in 1851.  This second version opened around 1853, but unfortunately, it, too was destroyed by fire in 1894.

The sketch of this hotel is from The Witches' Companion by Katherine Ramsland because it is a location Anne Rice used in the Lives of the Mayfair Witches novels.  It's not uncommon to see actual locations used in fiction, and Anne Rice made it all work beautifully.
