I used Prompt Magic on a few free images to come up with this prompt and then use it on Imagen. It's... okay. I think the tree should be showing some sign that the wind is blowing, but maybe the AI has to be told that yes, the trees are being moved by the wind too. Also, hair and clothes should be blown in the same direction, unless this is particularly strange weather.
