Prince Alexander of Castria

In the fantasy world of Novannis, Castria is one of the more important important Etralian Successor States, leaders of the Western Alliance.

Alexander II of Castria is young but ambitious. In the first few years of his reign he has established the beginnings of a public school system and has begun an economic reorganization that eliminates all internal barriers to trade.

He's also begun strengthening relations with some of the smaller Etralian Successor states, strengthening their economic and political ties to match their mutual defense treaties.
