Dried Money Tree plant seeds are intriguing.  Once they dry out on the plant, they're like little 4 packets of seeds, and grow like weeds!

Rose of Sharon Bush are great too, and definitely grow like weeds with NO maintenance unless you want to shape them. Flowers bloom different colors and make a great 'privacy fence' if you shape them to fill out more like a bush.  They reproduce like rabbits.  Good talk!
