When I opened the image to see the winner, my real sound upon seeing it was: "Ohhh!" But to find a flaw in how it could be improved by making it look more realistic, I would remove the clothing accessories, since they don't have the scale to use the doll and some of its sticks, but you know that once you've adjusted the prompt for those details.
