I'm guessing that Joel would want to see Chloe be arrested by his girlfriend and her handler but as a trusted LAPD psychiatrist Chloe has access to all of the officers deepest secrets and she will not hesitate to hold them over the officers head if she thinks they pose a threat to her, what secrets does Sophie Valentine have? 

Dr Chloe London loves her job with the LAPD but she is also under a ton of college debt from UCLA and she also loves money and will do whatever she can to get more of it so she masterminds an audacious armed robbery of the Los Angeles Federal bank which nets 60 million dollars. she orders the death of the leader of the robbery gang so he doesn't rat her out to the LAPD after they have arrested him, with 30 million dollars in her bank account and another thirty million stuffed in her mansion Chloe is feeling like she's the queen of the world and like she can do whatever she wants assuming nothing goes wrong
