I was brought to the temple, an ancient place, wrought when the ealflae ruled all of Haldyne, from their seat in Kiervaar. I was left on it's approach and entered to find the winged sorceress waiting, as beautiful and charming as I was forewarned.

She provided succor for my journey and promised a centauri escort, "For my protection." She questioned me about my purposes in the lower kingdoms. 

I was honest with her, as instructed. "Do not lie to Sedarna Belumous, she is older than time and wiser than the stones of this palace." My Empress warned.

She gazed quietly as I explained my mission to survey the lands under the guise of a mercenary knight.
