I've found using the pre-sets can affect the way an image turns out and sometimes very different results using the same model, the same prompt but varying the pre-sets. You might want to use different pres-sets that interest you, leaving other things the same and then, separately write down what each adds. The pre-sets are a bit like free LoRAs. Open your setting and see what the Night Cafe pre-set prompt is. It gives you a better idea what to expect ...that is if you're wanting something specific.
