Dreamshaper XL Lightning
My first attempt at incorporating collage elements into an AI Art piece. Not totally satisfied with the results. I need to use this in conjunction with some free online Photoshop knockoff.

I've been using versions of PSP since the 80s and I still use the most recent versions! now from Corel Draw, though I also love the old JASC version
try Paintshop Pro 9, it should be free
Interesting concept and it seems to be a strong sociopolitical statement as well
