She is protected by demonhive attendants and demonet swarms, and she lets out a devastating maternal scream when her swarms are destroyed, dealing sonic damage to all creatures within 60 feet. The hive mind of the demonhive allows constant communication within two miles, making them a formidable and coordinated threat
