They’re scavengers of memory, often imitating cartoon catchphrases, jingles, or laughter in distorted voices to lure their prey. Some claim they emerge when media is forgotten — entire reels of abandoned animation birthing these “living reels.” They are territorial, marking their lairs with graffiti-like sigils painted in dripping black ink.

Combat Traits:

Animated Distortion: Can phase short distances (15 ft teleport) by skipping frames of reality.

Ink Vomit: Spews a cone of inky bile that blinds creatures temporarily.
