This image visually represents the abstract concept of rules and their exceptions. Rendered in a surrealist oil painting style with cubist influences, it evokes paradox and contemplation through dramatic lighting and a moody palette.

Surrealist Oil Painting of Paradoxical Rules

לכל כלל יש יוצא מן הכלל וגם לכלל הזה יש יוצא מן הכלל שיש כללים שאין להם יוצא מן הכלל

Checking in the cats for the night Salem comes to say hello I’m sure I saw Sabrina move off into the darkness. We’ve not really seen Trudy since she moved in she is very much cat keeping herself to herself and it seems preferring to remain in her cat form. Each to their own. Guess I best check Tabster is in the catio as he is a bit dumb after all!

A woman in a pink hoodie and puffy jacket stands on an autumn night terrace, talking to a black cat. Soft house lights illuminate the scene.

Europe

In 1975, Icelandic women stopped the country for a single day—and proved that “impossible change” is only impossible until women withhold the labour that keeps society breathing.
In Europe today, a similar strike would reveal how women sustain the very sectors needed for climate transition. Hospitals slow, transport pauses, classrooms fall silent—forcing governments to accelerate coal phase-outs, push heat-pump adoption, and shut down corporate loopholes. The Icelandic lesson repeats itself: pressure creates political speed.

Order of Sunis: Solar Codex

Opening Blessing:
“By the light of Sunis, let wisdom descend. May the wings of radiant truth sweep across the night’s mysteries.”

The Codex Proclaims:
“In the house of the heavens, where waking stars are gentle and the golden orb rises, the keepers of Sunis hold council.”

Their voices echo like dawn’s first rays,

Each decree is etched in celestial ink and guarded by the flight of silent nocturnal birds,

The members wear the seal to mark their oath: let none break this bond until the twin moons align.

Tenets of Sunis:
“Honor the sunlight’s path, for it leads through shadow to deeper mysteries.”

“Guard the wisdom of the ancients as flame guards against the eternal dark.”

“Only those who have walked beneath the changing sky may speak at council.”

“Let memory be your script, for the stars remember all that is spoken.”

Closing Verse:
“Sunis, bearer of dawn and keeper of dusk, grant us vision to see beyond veils, and courage to tread the unknown road.”
