Elacan became famous in the battles against the drow of House Vylldan when he slayed a gigantic demon in the battles for the eastern Nightsong Woods over 100 years ago.  

In a later battle when the Nightsong Elves eventually lost the eastern part of the Nightsong Woods, at the final battle of Caelshiire Castle, it is believed Elacan was either slain or captured by House Vylldan. 

His body was never recovered and his famous "Blue Flame" swords have not been found.
