The bunny is stacked on the wall. Not to mention other stuff that is going on with it. It is not happy.
Happiness manifests in feeling good and well. This bunny is dead. It does not feel good or well. It is well beyond feeling anything. Its head is stacked on the wall, and there are skulls there (symbol of death?). Happiness is not the emotion that comes to one's mind when he sees such a thing, not to mention - experiences it. In my opinion, the best we can hope for is that the bunny looks alive but is actually dead. This way, there is no suffering. Thus, suggesting that the bunny is happy is being in denial. However, I am happy to discuss this with you. And your creations (horrific and scary) make people think, and I bet you are happy to create them.
Don't forget we are in the fantasy dimension. Here we can have perfectly alive and happy mutilated bunny which is ingrown into the wall with tumors looking like demented skulls :) With the rest of your reasoning I do agree :)
Does it think? If only those hernias add some intellectual capacity
I disagree., Flowers and mountains do not make me think. Sometimes, they make me feel; sometimes, I appreciate the beauty. Mostly, this type of creation creates nice feelings. Gory creations are different. First of all, the feelings are different, and they make people uncomfortable. And then, when people feel uncomfortable, they sometimes try to understand, to think about the meaning. Not always, and not all people. It is like a romantic comedy film/novel vs. a movie/novel. Pretty can be just pretty. But, if it is not pretty, then It has to have an additional meaning. But, maybe I am wrong...
If it is ugly it can be just ugly as well :) However I second on the meaning of some images. Often random experiments with no clear intent (for example, no goal to create something specific) produce creations that push me onto the philosophical path of reflections. I like exactly that. And just nice visuals. Or funny. Or unexpected.
who knows, maybe it is happy, just looks funky
But what is happiness? I can easily imagine how this bunny is happy to be the part of the wall. It just looks scary, but it is totally possible the bunny is euphoric 😂
I wonder what the bunny thinks about our discussion...
:-)*100!!! LOL.
I really don't know how other people think about these "gory" creations. For me it is almost indistinguishable from flowers or mountains. Just a fuel for creations, to see the unseen, to find the unfound.
