I am completely shocked how you got away with describing the lady as "fat" when I had my innocent picture promoting gender diversity and inclusivity in the maintenance of motorised vehicles brutally moderated.

Actually, the lady is way thinner than I intended. Sometimes, the AI needs to be instructed in exaggerated terms to get just an approximate result, but this tactic still doesn't guarantee that the stubborn thing wouldn't suddenly disregard half of the prompt.
