There are times I have looked for alternate word, if it's going to get flagged they should block the word when you enter the prompt and hit create

I have the same issues , mainly with Bing !!! yet , in spite of this , I have seen some pretty unsavoury work on here ... in my humble views and opinion ,

Probably. I once used "shag", as in a type of carpet. I could not even use that in the prompt. In the US, it does not mean the same thing as in Europe. LOL.
