I had thought so, but I wasn't sure. In my country, schools have a better budget (although it can be a lot more for education) and schools are often large buildings with horrible concrete architecture from the 1960s. I hated this design and would have liked more nature. That's why I only saw the positive in the surrounding nature in your picture. But of course it's bad when schools don't have enough resources.
