My deareast @almaleves, thank you for the kind comment!  I apologize for my long absence, and for not checking in on your art, though I hope to soon.  I'm about to hit the highway tomorrow to travel to a funeral, unfortunately.  An elderly relative.  Sad, but we all knew it was coming...

That said, though, there is art, and music, and the full range of emotions available to us.  And there is the old cottage deep in the woods that we know... if not in this life.

There is a lamp left lit for us, welcoming us in, even after we have been gone far too long, and far too late.

And the hearth inside is lit with the embers of warmth.  It awaits....


And I am okay.  I hope you are as well.
