Beautiful, try it with a negative prompt, that should help get rid of extra hand, set it it -3, if you're unsure, when creating click on advanced settings under where you write your prompt, then it will come up asking if you wish to tweak the default negative, set that to yes, the default negative will appear as prompt 2, move the slider underneath to - 3,  this should help you, try different models for best outcome for hands, I like starlight and cherry pucker, but you will find you're own favourite ☺️ hope this helps 🤗
