The Death Angel Mathias

A mysterious angelic being that appears in all worlds that find themselves plagued with the blight of un-death. He never speaks, but simply appears where the infestation is at its worst. he bows his head seemingly in prayer, & the black halo over his head rotates to the right once, causing all minor un-dead within a 1 mile radius of him fall slain, & return to their proper state of death. For greater un-dead, two beast heads appear atop Mathias' wings, one singing a sacred hymn, the other uttering a profane curse. Then what appears to be thousands of black feathers erupt from his wings, revealing them to be large skeletal hands protruding from his back. The feathers swirl, carving holy scripture into the target as the halo expands into a divine gate. The scripture forcibly tears the soul free from the body as the skeletal hands conjure fire & brimstone to destroy the victims body. pure souls are sent above, evil ones are condemned below.
