"Crocodile" Carlos is a reluctant superhero who's in self-imposed, social exile. During a cycle, he ages about 30 years. Then, in about 3 days, he rapidly regenerates whilst aging about 30 years in reverse. This goes on for centuries.

Between regenerations, he's difficult to damage and heals swiftly. His endurance is enhanced but not fantastic. Other than his bizarre affliction, he's an above average seadog with a fairly good head on his shoulders.

As a superhero, he's no crimefighter, uber detective, or supervillain thrasher. He's more of a nomadic, first responder who "owns" no more than he can carry whilst running at an endurance pace.
