I love the triple centre on the shoulders - this kind of complex flow of energy allows the shoulders to move in all directions. But is vulnerable, fragile, worth of protection. Solar plexus has the triple nature also, indicative of the three levels of the Personality - physical, emotional, lower mind - having us jump from topic to topic. Again the centres left / right on the pelvis, forming another triangle with the 2nd centre, the Hara, which indees is double, not triple. In a truly awake bode these two centres at the side regulate the amount of energy flowing through Hara, support this or that "tension" build up, this goes down even on physical level. All energy around her comes from her head centres. That is appropriate, the torso itself does not emit large fields as such, but e.g. the Third Eye can. Thanks for sharing!!
