Music finds the places words cannot reach. It enters quietly, one note at a time, and softens what life has made heavy. A rhythm begins, and something in me remembers how to breathe. A melody rises, and the weight inside my chest learns how to move. Every note becomes a hand. Every chord becomes a prayer. Every song becomes a small piece of healing I can carry. I sit inside the music, not to disappear, but to return, to breathe again, to rise again. Music teaches my heart how to survive beautifully. It brings me gently back home.
