It moves so fast onto the next awe-inspiring thing. But this creation of yours, is worth a little longer today.😍

This is the Otherworld Portrait prompt.  When I turned the Pro switch back on there was a 'Pro Credit' remaining, so I thought I'd see what Dolly would do with the prompt.  This is *that.*

The endless ever increasing onrush of imagery pouring into the world through the GAI sites is *not* encouraging for the future of art appreciation regardless of what any of us out here on the frontier offer in justifying protest. We are increasingly benumbed and heading swiftly towards losing our sense of wonder altogether.

In fairness to AI, the Internet and then being always connected through our personal tracking devices paved the road of sensory burnout we are now speeding along. As far as the future of "Art", though, AI is certainly not the democratic liberator of it.

Ok Yoda *(We do or do not)* I get it, you thought you'd give it a whirl. And a very lovely whirl it is, although somehow i sense your opinion of dolly remains largely unchanged.

Do you think people lost their sense of wonder for painting when photography came along? I'm not entirely sure how the advent of photography changed art, I know it added to it, and provided alternatives, but I don't think it stopped it. And I'm not sure how the advent of ai is going to effect art either, but it will definitely add to it and no doubt change it, but I think our sense of wonder will just adapt. People are still quite amazed when they discover that some of the paintings on my gallery have been hand painted (digitally). So there's still a differentiation for human input over ai.

What concerns me is the 'always connected' aspect and the damage social media fatigue could be doing to people.

I didn't know art needed to be liberated. I might need more on that point.
