Sure, it looks great, but I bet the thatch roof leaks in the rain and the plumbing is as old as Methuselah. ;)

My experience with thatching in the Solomon Islands is that it does a fine job at keeping the rain out.  I am talking about tropical downpours.  As for plumbing, I have used outhouses, and the outdoor military latrines and minus 40 Fahrenheit.
